Are you trading company or manufacturer?
We are an ISO approved manufacturer specialized in Micro BLDC Motors, ESCs(Electronic Speed Controllers), and Servos.
Can you make a motor with custom specifications?
Yes, we do both OEM and ODM. We have strong R&D capability and experienced engineers to provide new product development and service for our customers.
What is your warranty service?
We perform strict tests before shipping and guarantee all goods’ quality. Our warranty is 12 months after receiving the goods (excluding man-made damage). If issues arise, please provide photos or videos for a swift solution.
What is the lead time?
Samples require approximately 7 days; mass production takes 15-30 days, depending on your order requirements and volumes.
How to confirm the payment?
We accept payment by T/T and PayPal. Other payment methods may also be accepted; please consult with us prior to payment.
How about the delivery and shipment?
We work with reliable shipping companies like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS, and ARAMEX to find the best logistics solutions. We are also flexible to ship to your designated forwarder in China.
